State of the Union Address.

Because this community looks fun, I'll go back on my word and not just lurk with this slightly late topic.

I found the earlier parts to be hilarious, especially the crowd reactions to the patriot act and how a few people started to clap and quickly stopped themselves after this long winded sentence: "The killing has continued in Bali, Jakarta, Casablanca, Riyadh, Mombasa, Jerusalem, Istanbul, and Baghdad."

I also particularly enjoyed Ted Kennedy shaking his head all the time, as well as a lot of the Democrats sitting and not clapping when everyone else was giving Bush a standing ovation.
What I find wierd is the complete absense of comment on this years SOTU address by my usual favoured web pundits. It gets almost no coverage in the Australian media, so I'm wondering "Was it THAT boring this year?"
